THE MOMENTUM PROGRAM
The aim of my 8 week MOMENTUM program is to create momentum in your life, meaning doing a little more of the things that move you forward and a little less of the things that hold you back.
Together we look at your potential and the life you love to live, the private and/or professional site of it. We align and sustain your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing in how you wish to show up and contribute with your life in this world.
The MOMENTUM program consist of 5 elements.
Element 1 – Yoga
Breath work yoga posture
In MOMENTUM you work with breathing techniques. Tailored yoga postures and short and effective posture sequences will ground you in your body. Meditation and mindfulness guides you to self-inquiry along the weeks we go together and beyond.
Element 2 – Meditation & mindfulness

Element 3 – Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine
We use analytics and practices from Ayurveda (science of life) to re-define your personal wellbeing and for with the awareness of the meridians and chi flow.
Element 4 – Personal coaching
Along the program we work on a one-on-one basis to reveal obstacles in your life and support and heal aspects of such as facing fear, doubt and self limiting beliefs. You reflect on yourself through life coaching and journaling.
Element 5 – Weekly MOMENTUM plan
We develop your personal MOMENTUM map by creating wellness frames for each day of your week. All information I give to you will be shared in small pieces in a not overwhelming way so that you can digest easily without overfeeding you.

We take a look at your life, your work, your social engagement, your believes and patterns which draw the lines of your life. The body holds it all: physically, emotionally and energetically. Being with what is, we initiate with the MOMENTUM program revelation and healthy patterns for your life with yoga, meditation & mindfulness Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I am happy to have capacity again and to be able to offer one-on-one sessions via Zoom; whether asana, meditation or pranayama sessions or a meaningful mix; one-on-one yoga is your individual practice.
One-on-one sessions are tailored to your exact needs, previous experience, capabilities and any situation you may have. Based on this, we create a yoga and/or meditation/pranayama practice tailored to you.In the first hour we will clarify within a short conversation what you expect from your practice and start directly with the first exercises. In the following session we become more refined and aware and go deeper.
